Dr. Rajesh S. Shinde is a senior Consultant Surgical Oncologist with specialized expertise in Gastrointestinal (GI), Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB), Colorectal, and Thoracic cancers. With more than 15 years of experience in cancer surgery, he is recognized for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-focused surgical care.

He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur, followed by MS in General Surgery from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai, and further pursued MCh in Surgical Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, India’s most prestigious cancer institute.
During his advanced surgical oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Shinde gained extensive experience in head and neck oncology, breast cancer surgery, GI oncology, bone and soft tissue tumors, and urological cancers. His exposure to a wide spectrum of cancers laid a strong foundation for managing complex and advanced malignancies.
To further enhance his expertise, Dr. Shinde underwent international fellowship training in GI Oncology and advanced pancreatic surgery at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, South Korea, and at the Institute of Pancreas, University of Verona, Italy. These fellowships allowed him to train with world leaders in minimally invasive and robotic cancer surgery.
